Help desk allows administrator to setup different time zones according to the requirements, to specify correct Date and Time within different processes.
Administrator can set the date and time format and values from Admin CP > Settings > Date and Time. “Enable Automatic Daylight Savings” can be enabled/disabled according to the time. The same time will be reflected in the tickets, chats and reports etc.
Additionally, staff members can select their time zone depending on their requirements from Staff CP > Preferences > Time Zone.
