This release also includes over 28 other bug fixes and improvements. You can find a full change log in the 4.74 release notes. Kayako Download customers can update immediately by logging into my.kayako.com and downloading the latest product files. OnDemand customers will be automatically upgraded on Sunday, June 26th.
Important Security Update
We strongly recommend all customers upgrade to 4.74.2, as it includes an important security update. An issue was found which would allow an attacker to hijack a user's session on the server where Kayako is installed. This vulnerability was responsibly disclosed to us by a Kayako customer and there is no known exploit of this problem in the wild. To make it easier to protect yourself, we have included patches for the previous two releases.
