We’re excited to announce the release of Kayako 4.75 including the following highlights:
- We've added placeholder support for staff replies in our html editor. This can also be used within macros to make your predefined responses much more personalized.
- We've also added support for non-English languages to our html editor.
How to use Placeholders
Within the reply/forward area, you can use the below placeholders. When the reply is sent, the placeholder will be replaced with the information it represents. (Placeholders can also be used within the quick insert options, such as macros )
Customers Fullname : {{fullname}}
Customers Forename : {{forename}}
Customers Surname : {{surname}}
Customers Title : {{title}}
Customers Salutation : {{salutation}}
Customers Organization : {{organization}}
Customfield : {{custom_field[CustomFieldName]}}
