What should I do if I get a blank page during installation?

If you get a blank page on running the "setup" script, then you need to follow these steps:

• Check for the prerequisites

Check if all the required prerequisites are installed on the server on which you are installing the product as given here

• Enable display errors in PHP

Enable "display_errors" for the PHP installed on your server. This PHP parameter is set in the "php.ini" file. Once set to "On", it will show you on-screen PHP errors as and when they occur.
