How do I mark tickets as spam?

Email spam, also known as junk email or unsolicited bulk email (UBE), is a subset of spam that involves nearly identical messages sent to numerous recipients by email. To avoid Spam emails in the help desk, you can use 'Spam' button available in tickets. 

"Spam" button assists us to mark a ticket as Spam which is moved to Trash folder.


Further, the email address of the spammed ticket is banned in the help desk, which does not allow the spammed user to submit tickets via email queue. You can check the banned email address list from Admin CP > Mail Parser > Ban.
