How do I prevent my staff from reassigning tickets?

We're actively rewriting our user guide, so check back for improved coverage.

This can be controlled from Staff Permissions as below:

  1. Navigate to the Admin CP -> Staff -> Manage Teams -> Permissions:Staff.
  2. Under Tickets, set Tickets option to View only.
  3. Click Update to save the changes.
