Creating tickets on behalf of an existing user

We're actively rewriting our user guide, so check back for improved coverage.
  1. From the Staff Control Panel -> Select Tickets -> New Ticket.
  2. Select “As a user” as the ticket type.
  3. Choose the department from the drop down menu.
  4. Click Next.
  5. You can then log a ticket on behalf of a User by adding his name.
