You can change your password using the ‘Reset Password’ option. Please note that you will need to use your registered email ID to get the password reset email. Make sure you check your Spam/Junk/Quarantined email in case the email lands in those folders. The ‘From’ address for the email is ‘noreply@kayako.com’.
If you happen to click on the ‘Reset Password’ option multiple times, please use the latest link to reset your password.
Additionally, please note that even if there are multiple users who can access your my.kayako.com account the password would remain same for all the users.
