If you are on Download subscription and have updated information with regards to your helpdesk, you will need to update your existing key.php file with a new one. The information update includes changes like increase/decrease of seat count and domain change. You can download the key.php file from under the ‘My Orders’ tab by logging in to your my.kayako.com using your registered email ID. You would see a dropdown button next to ‘Manage’ option which is where you can download the file from.
NOTE: Every time you replace the key.php file you need to rebuild cache, to bring those changes into effect, using the following link:
