How do I set up a custom domain for Kayako OnDemand?

If you want your customers to access the help desk at your custom domain i.e. "support.yourdomain.com" rather than Kayako hosted domain i.e. "yourdomain.kayako.com", follow the steps mentioned below:

  1.    Set a CNAME record in your DNS from your Server Control Panel. You are required to point your custom domain name to "yourdomain.kayako.com".
  2.    Update us through a ticket/chat so that we may add the domain alias at our end.
