If you want your customers to access the help desk at your custom domain i.e. "support.yourdomain.com" rather than Kayako hosted domain i.e. "yourdomain.kayako.com", follow the steps mentioned below:
- Set a CNAME record in your DNS from your Server Control Panel. You are required to point your custom domain name to "yourdomain.kayako.com".
- Update us through a ticket/chat so that we may add the domain alias at our end.
