You can request us to change the domain name of your SaaS help desk, however, following points must be considered before making the request:
- The new domain must be available for you. It should not be already opted by any other user.
- The migration from one domain to another involve downtime. The time depend on your data size.
- The URL related to help desk will change after the migration to new domain. So, all of your users need to use the updated URL to access the News, Knowledgebase etc..
- If you have setup the domain mapping, you need to change the CNAME at your end, and update us with your preferred domain so that we may change the domain alias at our end.
