Since there isn't any contract, you have the privilege to cancel the subscription anytime. If your license is setup for recurring billing, you will need to send the cancellation request 2 business days prior to the start of next billing cycle.
While sending the request for license cancellation, please drop an email to Sales team consisting of the following details:
- Reason for license cancellation
- Order ID or Transaction ID of the license
- Any payment receipt of the purchase
- Registered billing address of the account
- Listing if you would need the back up of your database - applicable only in case of SaaS licenses
