News from other websites can be fetched and published on your support site by inserting RSS link location under "Global News RSS URL" setting, available at:
Admin CP > News > Settings > "Synchronization Settings".
Once done, RSS feed from the mentioned link will be synchronized when "News Synchronization" cron will run at your help desk. By default, News Synchronization cron runs after every 30 minutes (Admin CP > Scheduled Tasks > Manage).
