Kayako 4.71 is now available, bringing with it a raft of awesome improvements and a responsive, mobile-friendly support center:

• Significant email parsing improvements, including Microsoft Outlook email attachment (.msg, .eml) parsing in tickets
• And most importantly: Emoji characters no longer get stripped out of staff responses
