Kayako 4.72 is now available, bringing with it all of the latest fixes and improvements (50 of them!), including the following highlights:
- Customers have the ability to CC other recipients when creating tickets from support center
- Improvements to the new responsive, mobile-friendly support center
- Significant speed and relevancy improvements to search in the staff area
- The ability to quick toggle all/no CC recipients when replying to a ticket
- Changes to improve auto-threading and conversation views in email services like Gmail
