Kayako Classic 4.93.0 Release Notes

We are excited to announce the release of much awaited Kayako Classic version with PHP 7 support. It's supported with PHP 7.1 and above versions. PHP 7 series is known to perform over two times faster to its predecessors 5.5 and 5.6. We highly recommend taking advantage of it by upgrading to the latest Kayako Classic version 4.93.00.

We’ve listened carefully to your feedback, and thought hard about what businesses should be doing to improve our customers’ service along with a good triage practice.

Highlights:

Important Note (for Download customers only): The third-party apps or customizations done in the product files might not compatible with the latest Kayako version. Please take the backup of customizations before upgrading your Kayako and re-do in the new files as required.
