Throttle upgrade for Kayako Classic customers

Dear Kayako Classic Users,

We will be performing the regular throttle upgrade for our Kayako Classic On Demand customers to the latest product release v4.93.01.

The upgrade is scheduled for Saturday, May 25th 2019, and will be done in two maintenance windows: first one starting at 6:30 AM EDT for a duration of four hours and a second one at  11:00 PM EDT for a duration of five hours. 

During this time, customers will experience a service interruption lasting approximately 15–20 minutes. However, the upgrade may take longer, depending on your database size.
