Problem: Ticket search does not give relevant tickets while using Advanced or Quick Search or using Filters.
Solution: Ticket search is used by staff to search and find the tickets related to any subject, content or belonging to a particular user. To fix this please perform the following steps :
1) Re-index the tickets search from Admin CP > Tickets > Maintenance > Rebuild Search Index > Rebuild
2) Re-index the tickets properties from Admin CP > Tickets > Maintenance > Rebuild Properties > Rebuild
3) Rebuild help desk cache from Admin CP > Diagnostics > Rebuild Cache
