After a successful beta, we're happy to announce that Kayako Desktop for Mac is now available! 

Live chat is the fastest way to deliver a personal, human touch - and Kayako makes it easy to go beyond email and delight your customers. 

With a clean and clutter-free interface, Kayako Desktop for Mac (KDFM) connects with your Kayako support site, and provides several ways of interacting with your site visitors via live chat.

KDFM enables Kayako Engage and Fusion customers (using both Download and OnDemand versions) to:

• manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously
• transfer or share chats among members of your team
• monitor visitors to your support site in real-time 
• proactively engage customers who may need help
